I’m pretty new to setting up PagerDuty, so please bear with me…
We created an #emergency-support Slack Channel for my team, and we want to utilize it so if anyone messages that channel, it fires off a Pager Duty incident so whoever is on-call can handle it.
Can anyone steer me in the right direction? I’m kind of lost atm… might be because it’s late and I need to sign off
